Basic Covert Surveillance Operations
This course will review the basic concepts and practices in conducting legal physical surveillance. Topics to be covered will include: Laws governing surveillance; basic terminology and definitions; traits and qualities of a good surveillance operative; rural and urban surveillance; foot surveillance; counter surveillance, note taking and report writing. This course also has field exercises and many practical training experiences. Pariticipanats will receive a manual and FREE covert pen camera. 40 hour course

This course will review and differentiate the levels of civil & criminal courts in the US. The most common filing codes, common Latin terms utilized and examples of case dockets will be examined for their meaning. 4 hour course
